Returns and Exchanges
Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days all items are final sale.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
Merchandise also must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging
Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned or exchanged.
Guidelines to follow for RETURNS or EXCHANGES:
-We do not pay for the shipping for exchanges, damages, or returns. If you would like to exchange or return your product, you must fulfill your own shipping expenses.
-If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please notify us on the packing slip. Once we recieve the unwanted item back to us, we will send the correct size if it is still in stock. If not in stock, store credit will be issued!
-To recieve your store credit, you need to create an account to our website. Once we recieve the unwanted merchandise back to us, the store credit will be issued to your account!
-If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.
-Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return!
